capital is destructive insofar as new knowledge, new ideas, new technology obliterate the ways of the past

Wall Street will sell off...possibly by as much as 50%....the market always overshoots....could be more than 50%...emerging markets will crash and burn

I have always been able to move the market... well this time it is quite amazing I published a 15 Minutes WAM Media here on the 9th March the following day NASDAQ sold off by 4%...

The market knows I am right and the selling will start to get kind of crazy....so it is end of the Trump presidency...that is... where he thinks he is in charge....he is not in charge...

Vincent de Gournay is now very famous...I made him famous....smart guy....Trump is talking out of his ass...Trump is going to realize he stands no chance of competing with me...hilarious

I am going to put my son Christophe [age 25] in charge of tech development for the US government even for the entire world this will drive down inflationary pressures

Annual debt service cost of US govt is now about 22%-25% of US govt hard cash revenue but the US Treasury Department is run by criminals and they will not acknowledge this

2 main reasons for the Ukraine war: 1) reverse Zionism the Ashkenazi Jews have realized Fertile Crescent Zionism is finished 2) get Ukraine, topple Putin regime get Russian oil & natural resources

In the mid 1990s I came up with the concept of "development dictatorship" and the Chinese govt has brilliantly carried out my conceptual model

Most of the important heads of state around the world realize that I now "call the shots" so this means I pretty much rule over the entire world this is pretty cool also amusing

I don't think there is any going back...the Wall Street dudes are going to be listening to me...they will sell the problem is ...everyone cannot sell at the same time...hilarious

The criminal/crazy Ashkenazi Jews want to deny energy to Americans but I will put an end to this Americans will be driving diesel vehicles this will be deflationary

Repeat: Ashkenazi Jews do not like the 1st Amendment they want to restrict speech they do not approve of

Repeat: the Christian faith and its tolerance and forgiveness can only be taken so far it will collapse then the force of nature takes over

I am planning to publish all articles in the WAM media in 5 languages [English, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, Chinese Mandarin] this should happen relatively soon

The German Catholics in Bavaria in the 1920s 1930s did not fully realize the Slavs in the East were not their enemies their real enemies were Ashkenazi Jews and Bolshevism so Germans lost the war

It is probably true that Mr Vladimir Putin knew I was right and so he ordered the military incursion into Ukraine and I think he is now committed to "development dictatorship"

I realized recently WWII was mostly about the Jews, not only the Pale of Settlement but also Jews in Western Europe and this war in Ukraine is also about Jews and WWIII will be about Jews

Supreme Court Will [Likely] Agree with Me: “Requesting Judicial Review of the Tariff Imbroglio” (Part Three)

Nov 05, 2025

It was 11:30am this morning in CA, when I started seeing Wall Street popping, and I mean popping. Up strongly, about .5%. It was within seconds. Did not take long. Wall Street is fascinating. Then I saw a few minutes later a CNN headline, “Trump administration faced deeply skeptical Supreme Court in tariffs arguments.” I was not surprised, quite frankly. I said to myself, “this is me, this is the Supreme Court doing what I tell them to do, and as I predicted, there is not much of a debate.”

“Deep skepticism.” I was laughing. I remember when I was a young man, maybe I was around 21 years old, saying to myself, “you are really going to kick some ass.” In Washington DC it is all about influence, how much power and influence you have. And this influence and power shows up on Wall Street.

My recommendation, at this point: go all in.

I am talking about equity, equity in shares of the broader market. Things are going as I expected. The Trump tariffs imbroglio is over, it is finished. All the Supreme Court justices are fine people, I like them, and I congratulate them. Good job! So, the title of this article has to be amended, obviously.

Supreme Court Will Agree with Me: “Requesting Judicial Review of the Tariff Imbroglio” (Part Three)

I left it like it was, but we are good. Donald Trump's idiot savantism is cute and everything, he's sort of a charming guy, he's got a sense of humor. I am not trashing him, although it is fun to do so from time to time. Trump is obviously not in charge.

The Indian government, the Chinese government, and of course the Canadian government – and numerous other governments around the world – all have to be amazed. Are they giggling? Probably. I have argued that Donald Trump likely had a tough time getting through University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. I am not denying that Trump is smart, my friend Michael O'Hanlon [head of foreign policy at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC] and I agree he is smart, but he has some bizarre quirks. One of those bizarre quirks is: he really thinks of himself as omniscient. In reality, he's a business guy, he likes to play tough, but the problem with this strategy is that you got to have some real knowledge about the world. And he doesn't. That's obvious.

I have a friend in DC, he's retired, a lawyer and a former top guy in the “intelligence community” – usually he will say really negative things about Trump. I think he goes too far, but today I am certain that this DC friend of mine is laughing his ass off. Washington is a funny place, a cool city. But it is nasty, it is nasty as hell. Power is what talks. If you have power, everyone is nice to you. If you have just a little power, which is the case for most everyone is Washington, then people just sort of sneer at you. They might be reasonably friendly, but they are sneering.

Today, in the afternoon here in California, I texted this DC friend of mine [the "fed dude"]: “The idea that Trump is some kind of genius is laughable nonsense... we have a brilliant future... human cognition + our tools we invent...technology...my cognition.”

I will soon publish an “argument” on dementia, this will be at bottleneckanimal.com. It will be pretty amazing, I will predict that most everyone will be astounded. I am just doing my job, which is to “peddle in information.” What can I say to the leaders of China, India, and Canada? Well, I will say that things will be fine. We are in a new world, a world which is going to be designed by knowledge, by information. Yes, we will make judgments, but these judgments will be largely based on the facts, which is admittedly not the case right now.

Yes, we have to wait until June 2026, that's when the Supreme Court will formalize its ruling, its judicial review. On the tariffs imbroglio. There is the question of what Donald Trump will now try to do, because he's got to be freaked out. I will end this article by saying that there is a reason he came to me in late 2007. He needed to reach out to me. I was fine with that. As I disclosed previously in WAM, when Trump made his move from Queens, where he grew up, to Manhattan, he rented (or leased) a condominium at the Olympic Tower on 5th Avenue. My grandfather signed off on a “ground lease” with the owner of that building in the mid-1960s. That owner was Aristotle Onassis. Donald Trump paid my family rent. Things don't change much, right?
